Wimberley Valley Art League Membership

Memberships are $40/individual and $60/couple, and are active for the calendar year: Jan 1 through Dec 31.
The Wimberley Valley Art League members meets regularly at the Wimberley Community Center from
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on the second Monday of most months. The Art League does not meet in December, or in summer months.
WVAL meetings are fun, engaging, and a wonderful way to learn more about the Wimberley art community.
If you'd like to attend a meeting before joining, please do. We'd be glad to welcome you!
In addition to these monthly gatherings, the Wimberley Valley Art League provides our member-artists and supporters
multiple opportunities to get involved in the community art scene and offer work for exhibit.
The Art League hosts six members'-only juried art shows in our Wimberley Valley Art League Gallery located in the Wimberley Community Center. Find information here.
The Art League provides opportunities for members to submit their original art for display (and for sale) at several local businesses. Art in Public Places is rotated at least three times throughout the year. Find information here.
Arts Fest
The Art League presents Arts Fest, a major outdoor art festival held each spring. Arts Fest is open to artists from across the country. Members accepted to the show receive a 50% discount on booth and tent fees. More info HERE
Studio Tour
Once each year, usually in the fall, Art League members are invited to open their studios to the public for our well-attended Studio Tour. More info HERE
Blue Agave Art Fair
Formerly known as "Annual Show and Sale", the Art Fair is an opportunity for artists to sell their work at the Wimberley Community Center. More info HERE
Newsletter Promotions
Members may share art-related news and workshops with the community through the league's quarterly newsletter and monthly updates. More info HERE
Guest Blogging
Members may submit art-related guest blog posts for the art league website.
